Inspired by the sorbetes cart from the Philippines, re-imagined to fit the streets of Queens, New York. Sorbetes is the traditional variation of ice cream made in the Philippines and is often dubbed as "dirty ice cream". Made with coconut milk, sorbetes comes in many flavors including mango, jackfruit, ube and cheese.
